1. One server. The AI model, the school’s documents, the accounts and the logs all live on one server: in a school, at the local authority, or in a data centre in Wales or the UK. This demo runs on a shared Boudica server.Un gweinydd. 2. An open model. It uses an open-weight AI model that runs on the server itself. 3. The school’s own rules. Plain-language rule packs say how it behaves for pupils, teachers and parents. 4. Safety checks before anything is shown. Why a fictional school?Pam ysgol ffuglennol?

Schools and governments often can’t show their own systems publicly, so Ysgol Bro Hiraeth runs the same software with made-up school documents, and anyone can try it. Its policies, staff and dates are invented.
